Inner Anchor

A 90-minute workshop that helps teams prevent burnout and build resilience.

Not Another Wellness Talk
Skip the fluff. This workshop is built on neuroscience and proven stress-reduction practices.

Practical & Actionable
Every practice starts with the simplest tool you already have—your breath.

Built for Busy Teams
Designed for high-pressure industries where resilience isn’t optional, it’s essential.

The Hidden Cost of Workplace Stress is Crushing Your Bottom Line

Burnout isn't just a "wellness issue"—it's bleeding your company dry.

Research shows burned-out employees cost employers $4,000–$21,000 per employee annually. For a 100-person company, that's up to $2.1 million per year in:

  • Lost productivity and engagement
  • Increased sick days and turnover
  • Higher healthcare premiums
  • Recruitment and training costs

Meanwhile, stress-related healthcare expenses add another $125–$190 billion annually across U.S. companies.

Your team doesn't need another generic wellness seminar.

They need battle-tested tools that work in real workplace situations.

Resilience

A Practical Approach to Lasting Resilience
This workshop is designed with one goal: to give employees tools they’ll actually use in the flow of a busy workday. Every practice is grounded in neuroscience, proven to reduce stress, and simple enough to integrate in minutes.

Rather than abstract theory or one-size-fits-all wellness advice, participants leave with a clear, personalized roadmap to prevent burnout, strengthen resilience, and sustain their wellbeing long after the session ends.

I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior and how our awareness shapes the choices we make. Mindfulness is like stepping into the desert or standing at the edge of the ocean—suddenly, there’s space to pause, notice, and respond intentionally, creating room for better decisions and a more fulfilling life.

I feel most alive when guiding individuals to connect with themselves and uncover their resilience. Just as the waves reveal hidden patterns in the ocean or the desert stretches reveal paths previously unseen, mindfulness allows us to observe our habits and rewrite our stories—opening the door to a more grounded, intentional, and empowered way of living.

Invest in mindfulness—retain talent, reduce stress, and strengthen resilience.
